Hey everyone, I have a different type of article for you today. First off, I’d like to apologize for the lack of content in the past week, life has its way of getting in the way from the good things. But here I am, I’m back. Instead of a review or a what should you play, this article is about charity. The holiday season is right around the corner and while you and I are enjoying horror games and scary movies right now, there are children who are scared for other reasons. Many children, more than we can count, suffer from a plethora of serious diseases ranging from leukemia to Apert Syndrome. The hospitals who help these children are vital not only in the process of fighting these diseases, but improving these children’s quality of life.

Many of you have heard of a wonderful Hospital in Boston, aptly named the Boston Children’s Hospital. Boston Children’s Hospital is regarded as the best children’s hospital on the east coast and I have to agree. As you imagine, hospitals require a lot of resources to keep their doors open and we all have a duty to ensure that these children, the future of humanity, can receive the best care they can. That is why on November 5th, I will be streaming for 24 hours straight while collecting donations. Every year on November 5th, Extra Life brings awareness about these hospitals and helps us gamers be aware of how we can help. One way Extra Life does this is by allowing gamers to collect donations to the hospital of their choice in an incredibly safe and easy fashion. It all goes to great causes and if you couldn’t guess, I chose to raise money for Boston Children’s Hospital. So how can you help? Watch my stream, laugh with me (or at me) while I take you through a myriad of games for Xbox One, PS4 and PC and donate. Who knows, there may even be a giveaway or two (but more about that later).

While playing games for 24 hours might seem goofy or weird or non productive, it gives me a chance to show my appreciation for all of you guys. Streaming lets me personally thank you, crack jokes and hang out with all of you awesome people, while working towards a goal for a great cause. I really hope that you guys will join me in this great cause for a great hospital that helps so many great kids. Thank you in advance for your help, I know that the Boston’s Children Hospital and I really do appreciate it. If you’d like to know more about Boston’s Children Hospital their website is http://www.childrenshospital.org/

Don’t like watching streams, but still want to help, here’s the donation page: http://www.extra-life.org/index.cfm?fuseaction=donorDrive.participant&participantID=222670

And I know money is tough for everyone out there so if you can’t afford a donation (which I understand), you can share this article around and help spread the word for this great cause.
