JONATHAN, marking Bill Oliver’s feature film directorial debut, is a science fiction fable that explores identity and longing through the story of two brothers with a unique sibling bond – they live inside the same body. Jonathan, portrayed by Golden Globe® nominee Ansel Elgort (Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy, Baby Driver, 2017) is a young Manhattanite living a solitary life in the big city, his brother John (Elgort) is the complete opposite – outgoing, fun and adventurous. As the two divide each day into 12-hour shifts where they communicate only via daily video sessions to recount the day’s activities, secrets start to be uncovered that threatens to ruin the two sibling’s lives.

Rounding out the all-star cast are Academy Award® and Golden Globe® nominee Patricia Clarkson (Best Actress in a Supporting Role and Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role in a Motion Picture, Pieces of April, 2003), Golden Globe® winner Matthew Bomer (Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role in a Series, Miniseries or Motion Picture Made for Television, “The Normal Heart,” 2014) and Suki Waterhouse (Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, Assassination Nation), JONATHAN arrives on digital, Blu-ray™ and DVD January 15 from Well Go USA Entertainment.

Synopsis:
In this sci-fi-tinged drama, Ansel Elgort plays two brothers living very separate lives – inside the same body. Previously content to live life in shifts with one another, their delicate balance is ruined when they become emotionally involved with the same woman (Suki Waterhouse).
