Summer Hill Films today announced the street date for the ensemble drama Resurrecting McGinn(s), now available on DVD and VOD.
Available on DVD as of September 13, 2016, Resurrecting McGinn(s) follows a man grieving the death of his long dead brother. When his wife suggests they throw a party celebrating what would have been his brother’s fiftieth birthday, friends and family are brought together for a dinner filled with revelations of sexuality, race, abortion, love, life and death. As the night escalates into mayhem, emotional explosions uncover secrets that have been buried for more than two decades.
Making his feature length film debut, writer/producer/director Vincent Gaffney’s film has played festivals around the world and was awarded “Best Drama” at the 2015 Amsterdam Film Festival. Starring Ira Amyx (Chicago P.D.), Kelly Kruger (Mysterious Skin, The Bold and the Beautiful) and Emily Peterson (Batman v Superman, The Jamz).
